Patrick J. Morabito, A.I.A., Architect, P.C. is a full service architectural firm specializing in all levels of residential design, with some emphasis on select light-commercial projects and renovations of existing homes. We are among the leading residential design firms in the greater Rochester, New York area - a position we attained in a surprisingly short period of time - completing over 100 design projects annually.

Patrick J. Morabito, AIA, NCARB is a registered Architect holding licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts and South Carolina. He is NCARB certified and an associate member of National Home Builders Association and has also served on the board of Directors for AIA Rochester. As President of the firm, he has thirty-eight years of architectural experience with an emphasis on residential design and light commercial work. He obtained his license to practice in 1991 and began private practice in 1992.

Paul A. Morabito (Assoc. AIA ) is a project manager and designer with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture. He specializes in custom home designs and working closely with builders and clients to achieve their specific goals. He is currently the exclusive designer for a number of elite housing developments in western New York.

Melinda G. Morabito (Assoc. AIA ) is a Senior CAD Drafter with over 12 years of training and experience in residential and commercial design. She is a skilled graphic designer, the firm’s network administrator and CAD trainer. She is presently working toward her New York State license to practice architecture.

Lisa C. Percy is a Graphic Artist and Production Drafter. Lisa has four years of experience in drafting, architectural art, and computer graphics. She is presently working toward her New York State license to practice architecture.

Wendy J. Scorsone is an Office Manager with over 15 years of management and marketing experience in the architectural and engineering fields.

Paul Wanzenried (Assoc. AIA) is a project manager and designer with 20 years of knowledge and practice in residential and commercial architecture. With the understanding of cost and construction, aligned with the needs and requirements of a clients' program, Paul has designed projects with distinctive style and quality.
